To Those Who Register For An Account To Access Job/Resume Posting And Job/Candidate Search Functions - The job and resume posting and job/candidate search functions are hosted
for FLH by one of our third-party service providers, JobTarget L.L.C. ("JT"). When clicking on a link to register for those services, you will be linked to a website that
although branded by FLH is operated by JT. When submitting your registration information, you will be required to affirmatively click to agree to the terms and conditions and
accept the privacy policy of JT. All functionality on JT's website including registration information, all use of the posting and search functions and credit card payments are
governed by JT's privacy policy located at www.jobtarget.com/c2/privacy.cfm. By submitting that information and using the functionality of those webpages, you will be
subject to JT's privacy policy.
1. When And How We Collect Visitor And User Information
Each webpage operated by FLH will be linked to this Privacy Policy. In this Privacy Policy, "we," "us," "FLH," and "our" refer to FLH and its affiliates. We use the term "visitor"

activities such as viewing posted resumes is only available to users who log in.

obtain such information from JT, it will be governed by this Privacy Policy. Moreover, should our agreement with JT expire without renewal or otherwise terminate, the information
that you provided to JT and held by JT shall remain subject to the JT privacy policy (discussed above) but a copy of all information held by JT may be provided to us, in which
case it shall be governed by this Privacy Policy.
We may also collect Personal Information if we (or a third-party provider) survey visitors or users about our website and how we can improve our job placement services. Responding
to any such survey is entirely voluntary.
